PURPOSE:

Secure communication means to understand and speak in their language when communicating with people of different backgrounds; to be able to reveal their own desires, needs, thoughts and feelings without hurting or being hurt; to claim their rights without ignoring the rights of others; to be able to hold his head high without getting stubborn; to be able to control oneself in order not to make the situation even worse in difficult situations;  to be able to choose the reaction consciously by filtering the events through emotions and thoughts.

The aim of the program is for participants to reflect on what could be done differently in their communications that have gone bad in the past while working on this skill; seeing individual differences not as an obstacle but as an easily adaptable spice; Understanding how to resolve differently the simple conflicts that may arise between two employees in daily life as well as business-oriented interviews; also practicing these skills with people outside the company, such as customers and suppliers, when necessary.
