PURPOSE:
Recent studies on intelligence reveal that traditional intelligence (IQ) level alone is not sufficient for success in business and social life and shows the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). It is known that people with high emotional intelligence are happier in their social lives, have better relations with their surroundings and are more successful in business life. Emotional intelligence is a competence that can be developed and learned.
Purpose of the Program is to ensure that participants gain knowledge and skills about the five dimensions of emotional intelligence and thus reveal their potential.
