  • Human resources strategies and policies of the institution

  • Determining training strategy

  • Defining educational policy

  • Determining and evaluating educational needs

  • Planning training and defining policies

  • Preparing educational budget

  • Preparing and carrying out training programs

  • Assessing the training

  • Preparing the Training Report

 

METHOD: 

Theoretical knowledge, case analyzes, test, practice and group work.​

DURATION: 

2 days

All employees and managers responsible for training planning and management in Companies and willing to improve themselves in training planning and management.
