PURPOSE:

The Purpose of the Program is to provide practical and applicable guidance on how to access the information we need while making our decisions, how to use and not use information and marketing research, and to convey the role of "insight", an important concept of recent years, to the participants in this process.

 

At the end of the program, the participants will explore;

 

  • How Healthy Decision-making Process Works,

  • How to Formulate Business Goals Most Effectively,

  • How a Briefing Should Be Prepared,

  • The Importance of Knowledge, Experience and Insight in Decision Making,

  • What is an Insight Focused Strategy and How to Develop it; Discover How A Marketing Research Can Be Used In The Decision Making Process With Practical Practices.

CONTENT:

  • Decision Making: Strategic, Tactical, Operational Decisions, Decision Process

  • Knowledge and Insight: How to Progress from Data to Accumulation, How a Research is Conducted for This Purpose, and How Its Results Are Used

  • 5A - Journey from Knowledge to Strategy: Purpose, Research, Main Insight, Action Plan, Action (learning from a sample case)

  • Practice (the 5A stages are passed over the topics chosen in groups.

DURATION: 

2 days

PARTICIPANT PROFILE:

Specialists and managers who work in functions such as marketing, sales, finance, product development, strategic planning, and who are involved in the strategic, tactical or operational decision-making process.

The maximum number of participants should be 20.
