  • What We Have Missed as an Institution

  • Emotional Intelligence in Leadership

  • Manage Yourself

  • Our Strengths and Aspects to be Improved- How Do I See Myself / How Am I Perceived? Ideal Leader Study

  • Competence Wheel

  • Setting Goals as a Leader (Mission)

  • Individual Action Plan

  • Letter to the Future

  • Homework (They are asked to note what they did differently and what results they got until the next training.)
