NEW GENERATION COACH-LIKE LEADERSHIP: "FEEDFORWARD"

PURPOSE:

The aim of the program, which focuses on the skills of managing change and differences in today's business world where three generations work at the same time, is to contribute to the new generation leadership skills of the participants by raising awareness about the concepts of "coach-like manager" and "feedforward".

CONTENT:

At the end of the program, participants will find answers to the following questions, with their own leadership awareness increased:

  • What are the Equivalents of Basic Leadership Skills such as Motivation, Inclusion, and Being a Role Model in New Generation Applications?

  • Which Leadership Skills Should Be Emphasized When Managing Different Perspectives?

  • What Does “Coach-Like Leadership” Mean, Why Is It Important, and How To Be A Coach-Like Leader?

  • What are the Differences Between “Feedback” and “Feedforward” Practices, and in Which Situations Are They Used?

  • Next Generation Leadership Skills: Key Leadership Traits, Emerging Values Today

  • Different Generations and Perspectives: Orienting towards a Common Goal, Encouraging, Importance of Vision

  • Coach-like Leadership: Feedback-Feedforward Concepts, Coaching, Revealing Leadership Values

  • Application: Coaching Practices in Groups

 

METHODS AND TOOLS USED: 

Theoretical: 30% (concepts, reasons, hows)

Practice: 50% (group discussions, experience through role playing)

Other: 20% (sharing examples from the trainer's work experience)

DURATION: 

2 days

 

PARTICIPANT PROFILE:

It is recommended that experts, middle and senior managers participate in related groups of 12 people. A maximum of 18 people can participate.
