Deniz Bilgiç Atik
Deniz Bilgiç Atik, 2008 yılında HR Generalist olarak başladığı Atasun Optik kariyer yolculuğuna terfi alarak 2011 yılında HR Recruitment Executive olarak devam etmiştir. 2014 yılında Recruitment & Learning Development Manager pozisyonuna terfi eden Deniz Bilgiç Atik, 2015 yılında dünyaya getirdiği kız çocukla beraber kariyerine çalışan anne kimliğiyle devam etmiştir.
2016 yılında GV Management Program (Talent Development) programına dahil olarak sertifika almıştır. 2017 yılında halen yürüttüğü P&C Director pozisyonuna terfi almış ve aynı yıl International Coaching Federasyonu’na bağlı CTI Co Active Coaching Sertifika Programı’nı tamamlayarak Professional coaching sertifikasına sahip olmuştur. 2017-2018 yılları boyunca GV Academy komisyonunda ekibi ile içerik üreticisi olarak yer almış, ardından GV Mobil Akademi’nin ilk pilot ülke olarak Türkiye’de uygulanmaya başlanması noktasında da inisiyatifte bulunmuştur. 2019 yılında da HQ G4 P&C komitesi ile HR Maturity global projesinin hayata geçirilmesinde inisiyatif alarak liderlik görevinde bulunmuş ve hayata geçirilmesinde katkı sağlamıştır. P&C departmanına liderlik ettiği günden bu yana özellikle çalışan memnuniyeti ve employee branding projelerini yöneterek 2019’da Atasun Optik olarak Great Place To Work sertifikasının alınmasında MT ekibi ile önemli roller oynarken; değişim yönetimi, inovasyon süreçlerinde kurum kültürü adaptasyon projelerinde aktif olarak görev almıştır.
2020 yılında ise yenilikçilik değerimizi yansıtan Game2023 projesini Eğitim&Gelişim ekibi ile yönetmiş, TEGEP Dijital Öğrenme Bronze ödülünün yine şirkete kazandırılmasında liderlik ederek katkıda bulunmuştur. Köy okullarına destek; optisyenlik bölümleriyle işbirliği, staj ve sponsorluk projeleri; kız çocuklarının okumasına destek amaçlı bağış çalışmaları; hayvanları koruma dernekleri ile farkındalık ve işbirliği çalışmaları gibi projelerde de ekibi ile aktif rol oynayarak liderlik etmeye devam etmektedir.
Kariyer yolculuğu boyunca Atasun Optik’in her zaman kariyer planlama ve kişisel gelişim; özel hayat iş dengesi konularında yanında olduğunu ve destek verdiğinin altını çiziyor Deniz Bilgiç Atik. Deniz Bilgiç Atik who began career journey in Atasun Optik, 2008 as HR Generalist, was promoted to be HR Recruitment Executive in 2011. Deniz Bilgiç Atik, who was promoted to the position of Recruitment & Learning Development Manager in 2014, continued her career as a working mother with the daughter she gave birth to in 2015.
In 2016, she received a certificate as part of the GV Management Program (Talent Development). In 2017, she was promoted to the position of P&C Director, which she still holds, and in the same year, she completed the CTI Co Active Coaching Certificate Program affiliated with the International Coaching Federation and received the Professional coaching certificate. She took part in the GV Academy commission as a content producer with her team during the years 2017-2018, and then took the initiative in the implementation of the GV Mobile Academy in Turkey as the first pilot country. In 2019, she took the initiative in the implementation of the HR Maturity global project with the HQ G4 P&C committee and took the leadership role and contributed to its implementation.
Since the day she led the P&C department, she played an important role with the MT team who earned the Great Place To Work certificate to Atasun Optik in 2019, especially by managing employee satisfaction and employee branding projects, she took an active role in change management and corporate culture adaptation projects in innovation processes.
In 2020, she managed the Game2023 project, which reflects its innovative value, with the Learning & Development team, and contributed to the TEGEP Digital Learning Bronze award by leading the company.
She continues to lead by playing an active role with her team in projects such as support for village schools, cooperation with optician departments, internship and sponsorship projects, donations to support girls' education, awareness and cooperation with animal protection associations.
Deniz Bilgiç Atik underlines that throughout her career journey, Atasun Optik always stood by and supported her in career planning, personal development, private life and work balance. Emphasizing the fact that everyone, not only women, should support diversity and equal opportunity, she also states that she has happily continued to work at Atasun Optik in a decision-making position for many years, as she supports diversity and different perspectives.
